Mr. Philip Baffour Awuah is the Chairman of the Board. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Professional Accounting degree from West Texas State University, USA. He is a graduate of the University of Cape Coast with a BSc in Mathematics/Physics. He is a member of the Ghana Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He is an accomplished Accountant and Auditor and currently the Managing Partner of Baafour Awuah and Associates having consulted for State Enterprises Commission, Ghana; Westgate Consulting Group, Maryland USA; and audited for Maryland General Assembly, Baltimore, USA.
He is a Non-Executive Director.
