Risk Exposure Identification: We shall do a detailed assessment of risks with a view to building a risk profile associated with your business concern. We shall obtain underwriting information from you; meet you before renewal dates to agree on scope of cover and claim experience with a view of negotiating renewal terms beneficial to you.

 

Undertaking Pre-Renewal Preparation: We shall do a detailed assessment of risks with a view to building a risk profile associated with your business concern. We shall obtain underwriting information from you; meet you before renewal dates to agree on scope of cover and claim experience with a view of negotiating renewal terms beneficial to you.

 

Client Renewal Discussion: After undertaking the pre-renewal preparation, a renewal discussion is arranged with you. This is essentially to obtain your mandate to negotiate renewal terms, discuss renewal conditions and terms and other related developments regarding the insurance portfolio. We present underwriting information; negotiate renewal terms and confirm results of market rates to you. This involves sourcing for the right terms i. e. rating & scope of cover.

 

Market Negotiation

 

Post Renewal Programme: We shall negotiate & finalise policy wordings, process premium payments; agree to claims procedures and provide an overview summary of cover and uninsured risks. The latter involves a Comprehensive Report/Presentation of insurances affected. Servicing will involve periodic meetings between Tri-Star and you the client to iron out prevailing issues that may crop up during the year.

 

Service Plan & Administration

 

Claims Management: Tri-Star's policy is to exhaustively and expertly manage all client claims up to full settlement. This will involve collating claim documents, negotiating and processing all classes of claims and ensuring speedy issuing of claim cheques to clients within appreciable time frame. Tri-Star does not compromise on this responsibility.

 

Risk Control Management: To convince insurers to reduce rates clients should demonstrate improvements in keeping the risk of the loss occurring to a minimum. At Tri-Star, we strive to offer advice on how to deal with perceived risk exposures. This involves the coordination of housekeeping activities that follow laid down risk management methods to improve risk and set firm grounds to negotiate favourable terms for clients.
